Teaching
I take the time to explain what I do, step by step. Many people are not comfortable with IT — and that's not a problem. I'm here to guide, never to judge.
Hello, I'm Ali Jallouli
Qualified developer, passionate about IT and independent technician in repair and web solutions.
I'm Ali Jallouli, and IT was never just a hobby: it was a dream, long put aside. At , I decided to go back to school to finally make it my profession, and I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Business Computing, Application Development specialization.
Before I even started, I was already helping my loved ones: setting up a PC, cleaning a system, explaining how a smartphone works… That's when I understood that people don't need a "genius", but someone patient, clear and reliable.
Today, I support individuals and freelancers for everything IT-related: repair, assistance, optimization, advice and small website creation.
I'm starting modestly, but with seriousness and passion. My goal is simple: make technology more accessible, more human, and less stressful.
What guides my way of working
I take the time to explain what I do, step by step. Many people are not comfortable with IT — and that's not a problem. I'm here to guide, never to judge.
A breakdown doesn't warn you. I do my best to intervene quickly, especially in case of complete blockage: PC that won't start, Wi-Fi down, unusable smartphone…
I'm transparent: no hidden fees, no unexpected costs. The price is clear before the intervention, and I take the time to explain the invoice.
I'm meticulous, precise and attentive. I like things to be clean, well configured and optimized according to needs and context.
IT doesn't have to be a source of stress. My role is to simplify your life — not complicate it.
I've always had this reflex: when something breaks down, I don't get upset. I want to understand. Seek to understand and find suitable solutions.
It's this natural curiosity that led me to IT. But for a long time, life took me elsewhere. Until the day I decided to make a major turn: becoming a student again at 41.
This choice taught me courage, perseverance and discipline. It also strengthened my desire to help people — not just repair machines, but make technology accessible.
Today, every intervention is an opportunity: listen, reassure, simplify, and do things right.
