1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "ToS") define the terms of access and use of the websites ajitix.be and doorz.be (hereinafter the "Websites") as well as the doorz.be management platform (hereinafter the "Platform").

Any browsing on the Websites or use of the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS by the user.

The Websites aim to present the services offered by Ajitix, including:

• IT troubleshooting and support
• installation and configuration of computer equipment
• website creation
• providing the doorz.be platform, a solution for creating and managing websites

Information published on the Websites is provided for informational purposes and is not contractual. Ajitix reserves the right to modify it at any time.

5. Use of the Websites

The user agrees to use the Websites in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and not to interfere with their proper functioning.

6. Use of the doorz.be Platform

6.1. Platform Access

Access to the doorz.be Platform is reserved for users who have been previously invited by the administrator. Registration is not open to the public.

The invited user agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

6.2. User Responsibilities

The Platform user is responsible for the content they publish on websites they create and manage via doorz.be. They agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations, particularly regarding intellectual property, personal data protection and illegal content.

Ajitix reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the Platform in case of violation of these ToS, without notice or compensation.

6.5. Hosted Data

Data created via the Platform is hosted in accordance with the "Hosting" section of the Legal Notice. The user remains responsible for backing up their content.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements composing the Websites and the Platform (texts, images, logos, graphics, structure, etc.) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Ajitix, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the content of the Websites or the Platform without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. Liability

Ajitix makes every effort to provide reliable and up-to-date content but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information presented.

Ajitix cannot be held liable, within the limits permitted by applicable law, for:

These ToS are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.

13. Language and Interpretation

These Terms of Service are available in multiple languages. In case of divergence, contradiction or difference in interpretation between the different language versions, the French version shall prevail.
