1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “ToU”) define the terms of access to and use of the websites ajitix.be and doorz.be (hereinafter the “Websites”) and the doorz.be management platform (hereinafter the “Platform”).

Any browsing on the Websites or use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these ToU.

3. Website access

The Websites are freely accessible to any user with an Internet connection. Access costs are borne by the user.

Ajitix strives to ensure the accessibility of the Websites but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Access may be interrupted at any time for technical maintenance or updates.

4. Website content

The Websites present the services offered by Ajitix, including:

• Computer troubleshooting and support
• Installation and configuration of computer equipment
• Website creation
• Provision of the doorz.be platform for creating and managing websites

The information provided is for informational purposes only and is non-contractual. Ajitix reserves the right to modify it at any time.

5. Use of the Websites

The user agrees to use the Websites in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and not to interfere with their proper functioning.

Any abusive or fraudulent use may result in appropriate measures, including suspension or restriction of access.

6. Use of the doorz.be Platform

6.1. Access to the Platform

Access to the doorz.be Platform is reserved for users previously invited by the administrator. Registration is not open to the public.

The invited user agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

6.2. Account security

The user is solely responsible for the use of their account and the confidentiality of their credentials. Any connection to the Platform via their credentials is deemed to have been made by the user.

In case of suspected fraudulent use, the user must inform Ajitix immediately.

6.3. User responsibilities

The Platform user is responsible for the content they publish. They agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations, particularly regarding intellectual property, personal data protection, and illegal content.

6.4. Prohibited content

Strictly prohibited on the Platform are content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, insulting, discriminatory, or hateful
• Infringing on the privacy of others
• Violating the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Promoting fraudulent or illegal activities

Using the Platform for spam, intrusion attempts, server overload, or any activity compromising system security is strictly prohibited.

6.5. Reporting illegal content

Any user or third party may report illegal content by contacting Ajitix at ali@ajitix.be. Ajitix commits to reviewing the report and taking appropriate measures.

6.6. Suspension, termination, and deletion

Ajitix reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the Platform in case of violation of these ToU, without prior notice or compensation.

Ajitix reserves the right to permanently delete a user account in case of serious or repeated violation of these ToU.

6.7. Hosted data

Data created via the Platform is hosted in accordance with the “Hosting” section of the Legal Notice.

Ajitix does not guarantee the absence of data loss. Users are encouraged to make their own regular backups. Ajitix cannot be held responsible for partial or total data loss.

6.8. Platform evolution

Ajitix reserves the right to modify, evolve, or remove certain features of the Platform at any time, without prior notice or compensation.

6.9. Usage limitation

Ajitix reserves the right to limit certain features or resources in case of excessive or abnormal use of the Platform.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the Websites and Platform (texts, images, logos, graphics, structure, code) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Ajitix, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited.

8. Liability

8.1. Role as technical intermediary

Ajitix acts as a technical intermediary for content published by users via the Platform. Ajitix cannot be held responsible for stored content, unless it has not acted promptly to remove it after becoming aware of it.

8.2. Limitation of liability

Ajitix makes every effort to provide reliable and up-to-date content but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information presented.

Ajitix cannot be held responsible for:

• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Websites or Platform
• Technical malfunctions or temporary unavailability
• The possible presence of viruses or other harmful elements
• Content published by users of the doorz.be Platform
• Malfunctions related to third-party services (hosting, DNS, external service providers, APIs)

8.3. No service guarantee

The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantee of availability, performance, or suitability for a specific purpose.

9. Personal data

Personal data may be collected via the Websites and Platform, particularly when using contact forms or creating a user account.

This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy available on the Websites.

Data is used solely for service management, user relations, and billing. It is not sold to third parties.

10. Hyperlinks

The Websites and Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Ajitix has no control over these websites and disclaims any responsibility for their content or privacy policies.

11. Modification of the ToU

Ajitix reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. The applicable ToU are those in effect at the time of consulting the Websites or Platform.

12. Applicable law

These ToU are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.

13. Language and interpretation

These ToU are available in several languages. In case of divergence or difference in interpretation between language versions, the French version shall prevail.
