Dernière mise à jour : January 2026
1. Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the "ToS") apply to all services offered by Ajitix to its customers, whether private individuals (consumers) or professionals.
Any service order implies unreserved acceptance of these ToS by the customer.

3. Services offered
These ToS cover the following services:
- IT troubleshooting and support (diagnostics, optimization, cleanup, security)
- Smartphone and tablet assistance (Android and iOS)
- Equipment installation and configuration (PC, printers, Wi-Fi network, software)
- Website creation for freelancers and small businesses
- Website creation and hosting as a subscription service (Doorz platform)
Service details and indicative pricing are available on the "Pricing" page.
4. Quotes and orders
4.1. Quote request
Quotes are provided free of charge upon customer request. They specify the nature of services, their price and estimated delivery times.
The quote is valid for 30 days from its date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Order validation
The order is considered firm and final after:
- Written acceptance of the quote by the customer (email, signature)
- Or, for interventions without prior quote, verbal or written agreement on the applicable hourly rate
5. Pricing and payment
5.1. Pricing
Service prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and are excluding VAT (exemption scheme). Any travel costs are specified on the Pricing page or in the quote.
Ajitix reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services are invoiced according to the prices in effect at the time of order. Doorz subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes to their subscription.
Subscriptions may be revised annually, particularly in response to changes in hosting or maintenance costs.
Doorz offer (websites with subscription): This offer includes an initial setup (fixed price) and a monthly subscription including hosting, maintenance, support and minor modifications. The customer purchases and retains ownership of their domain name.
5.2. Payment methods
Payment is due upon completion of the service or according to the terms defined in the quote. Accepted payment methods are:
- Bank transfer
- Cash (for on-site interventions)
- Mobile payment (Payconiq)
Doorz offer: Payment for the setup fee (€399) is due before the website goes live. The monthly subscription (€25) is invoiced at the beginning of each month by bank transfer or Payconiq. In case of non-payment of the subscription after 15 days of reminder, the website may be suspended until payment is regularised.
5.3. Payment deadline and late payment
For business customers (B2B): Unless otherwise specified in the quote, invoices are payable within 14 days from their date of issue.
In case of late payment, late interest will be applied in accordance with Belgian law on late payment in commercial transactions. For business customers, a flat-rate penalty of 10% of the outstanding amount will be due, with a minimum of €40 in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of 2 August 2002.
6. Service delivery
6.1. On-site interventions
On-site interventions are carried out within the geographical area indicated on the website (Mons area, 60 km radius). An appointment is agreed upon mutually.
The customer agrees to provide appropriate access to the relevant equipment and to be present or represented during the intervention.
6.2. Website creation
Delivery times are indicative and depend on project complexity and customer responsiveness in providing necessary elements (texts, images, approvals). A delay cannot under any circumstances give rise to damages or order cancellation, except in case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Ajitix, or unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The project is delivered after final approval by the customer. Minor modifications may be requested within 14 days after delivery.
Ajitix does not guarantee any results in terms of search engine optimisation (SEO), visibility, turnover or commercial performance of the website created.
Doorz subscription: The monthly subscription includes secure hosting (HTTPS), automatic backups, technical maintenance and minor content modifications on request. The subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.
Minor modifications: Minor modifications include changes to texts, images, opening hours or contact details. Any graphic redesign, addition of features or site restructuring will be subject to a separate quote.
6.3. Best efforts obligation
Ajitix commits to using all necessary means for proper service delivery. This is a best efforts obligation, not a guarantee of results: some failures or technical problems may not be resolvable.
6.4. Doorz subscription cancellation
The customer may cancel their Doorz subscription at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month or the following month if the request is made after the 15th of the month.
After cancellation, the website is deactivated. Customer data (texts, images) can be retrieved upon request within 30 days. After this period, data is deleted in accordance with GDPR.
The domain name, purchased and configured by the customer, remains their property. The customer may transfer it to another hosting provider of their choice.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, consumers have a 14-day period to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract, without having to justify reasons.
B2C/B2B distinction: Certain provisions of these Terms of Sale apply exclusively to consumers as defined in Book I of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Business customers do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
7.1. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, if performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal
- Digital content supplied on non-tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's express consent
7.2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision in writing (email or letter) to the address indicated above, before the deadline expires.
In case of withdrawal after service performance has begun, the consumer is liable for an amount proportional to the service provided until the withdrawal notification.
8. Warranties and liability
8.1. Legal warranty
Services are subject to the provisions of the Belgian Code of Economic Law relating to conformity and proper performance of service contracts.
8.2. Limitation of liability
Ajitix cannot be held liable in the following cases:
- Loss of data not backed up by the customer before the intervention
- Damage resulting from improper use of equipment or software by the customer
- Failures or malfunctions related to defective or obsolete hardware
- Incompatibilities with third-party software or services
In any event, Ajitix's liability is limited to the amount of the service concerned.
Service interruptions (Doorz): Ajitix cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions related to the hosting provider, technical maintenance, network failure, cyber attack or force majeure.
8.3. Data backup
IT interventions: It is the customer's responsibility to perform a complete backup of their data before any intervention. Ajitix cannot be held responsible for data loss resulting from the absence of prior backup.
Doorz websites: Ajitix performs regular automatic backups. However, customers are encouraged to keep a copy of their original content (texts, images). Ajitix cannot be held responsible for data loss due to technical failure, human error or force majeure, beyond restoration of the latest available backup.
8.4. Content provided by the customer
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they provide (texts, images, logos, information). The customer warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the content provided.
Ajitix reserves the right to refuse or remove any manifestly illegal content (incitement to hatred, discrimination, defamation, counterfeiting). In case of doubt about the legality of content, Ajitix may request supporting documents or refuse publication.
The customer indemnifies Ajitix against any third-party claims related to content provided by the customer, except in case of fault by Ajitix.
9. Intellectual property
For website creation projects:
- The customer remains owner of the content they provide (texts, images, logos)
- The customer obtains a right of use on the delivered website after full payment
- Ajitix may retain a discreet credit mention in the footer, unless otherwise requested
Source code and tools: Source code, scripts, templates, tools and working methods developed or used by Ajitix remain its exclusive property. The customer acquires a right of use on the delivered result, not on the technical means used to produce it. In case of cancellation of a Doorz subscription, the customer cannot claim delivery of the source code.
10. Force majeure
Ajitix cannot be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations in case of force majeure, as defined by Belgian case law (unforeseeable, irresistible and external event).
11. Complaints
Any complaint must be sent in writing (email or letter) within a reasonable time following service completion.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
12. Data protection
Personal data collected in the context of services is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
13. Modification of ToS
Ajitix reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. The applicable ToS are those in effect at the date of order.
Tolerance clause: The fact that Ajitix does not invoke any of the clauses of these ToS at any given time does not constitute a waiver of the right to invoke them subsequently.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These ToS are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
In case of dispute with a consumer, the territorially competent courts shall be those provided for by the Belgian Judicial Code.
15. Language
These Terms of Sale are available in multiple languages. In case of discrepancy or difference in interpretation, the French version shall prevail.
